I apologize if this is a repeat message, but I don't believe you've gotten the prior 2. It still says: "You have received the maximum number of downloads for this product." I know you'd rather be playing but I'd really like to listen to your music.
We have received all of your messages, but are on the road and have not had a chance to look further into it. Hopefully we'll be able to do it shortly. Slaid reset it, so I'm not sure why it's not working for you. -Karen

Absolutely love the new album (downloaded from iTunes)! As a New Yorker, the yodeling is a little tough to handle, but I can do it. Really, great work.
